Grooming with Flair: A Visit to SNAZZY JAZZY'S Studio

The first place I visited in the US was SNAZZY JAZZY'S Studio. It is a local chain studio in Maryland mainly focused on pet grooming. It has three stores located in Towson, Timonium, and Jacksonville respectively, all in relatively prosperous areas of Maryland.

This store does not sell products offline. It mainly focuses on pet grooming. The prices are as follows:

▪️ Small Dog: $70 - 100+

▪️ Medium Dog: $90 - 150+

▪️ Large Dog: $140 - 300+

▪️ XL Dog: $200 - 500+



It's not cheap. However, since pet grooming services are relatively scarce in non-big cities in the US, it seems that their business is quite good. People who come to make appointments have to be scheduled later.

I think there are several aspects where this store does well❤️:

The confirmation card for the length of the groomed fur (as shown in Figure 2 and Figure 3). When the owner says "I hope my dog's fur is shorter", the staff will use this confirmation card to ask exactly what length✂️ is desired to ensure consistent communication.





Premium service items have a different background wall (Figure 4), setting them apart from regular services.



The staff wear noise-canceling earplugs🎧 (as seen in the background of Figure 6), which helps reduce occupational diseases (hearing impairment issues) among employees.





Cancellations made 48 hours in advance are free of charge, but cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a fee.

There is another grooming store within a 3-minute drive from this store, as well as retail stores like PetSmart and Pet Depot. This shows that the pet industry in the US is a very promising and developing industry.
